Kenmerkend voor deze cuvée Michel is dat de wijn ontstaan is uit een rigoureuze druiven selectie. De kleur is dicht, diep rood. Houttonen in de neus, maar ook vanille en rijp fruit. De smaak is lang, evenwichtig en krachtig, met een structuur van fluweelzachte tannines.

Soils : clay-calcareous soils and clay slaty acid gravelly soils.
Density, age of the vines : 5000 vines/ ha , about 2,023 vines/acre -15 to 50 years old.
Grape variety : 50% of grenache noir 45% of syrah 5% of mourvèdre
Vinification : hand picking, selective sorting, total destemming vinified in concrete tanks for 18 to 22 days.
Production : 10 000 bottles.
