Wederom een wijn die de boventoon doet voeren!!! Dit maal wordt het opgedragen aan de titanen van de bulgaarse rock muziek 'The Fondations'. Dit is gewoon pure rock en roll in een glas. Indrukwekkend met pruimen, pure cacao en een klassieke houttoest. Momenteel nog enigszins robuust en een beetje rebels, maar tijdens het ouderen zal de zachtheid toenemen. Een ongelofelijke lengte die u zal overvallen en verbazen...

History: Cuvee eXcentric Incanto wine is a limited edition of 3000 bottles. It was specially made and devoted to the Titans of Bulgarian rock music and our friends of the super band the FONDATION.
The blend is made from the three classical red grape varieties, grown in the winery's own vineyards.
Vinification: The technology for making Cuvee eXcentric Incanto does not differ from the technology for making the other wines from the eXcentric series: the grapes from the different varieties were picked and vinificated separately. They were selected on the vineyard itself. In the cellar, they were sorted on a double sorting table. The wines made of the different varieties matured 12 months in French oak barrels where they reached completeness and harmony. What is interesting and different about this wine is that it is not part of a big batch just having a different label, but it was a blend, specially made from selected barriques. The wine is unfiltered.
Tasting notes: The color is rich, dark red. The flavor is rich and expressive: blackberries, cocoa beans, chocolate, vanilla and accents of ripe plums and blueberry jam. The body is with strong, but mature tannin, and the taste is complete and velvet.
