Extremly limited production, is made only in exceptional years from de Mourvèdre and Merlot grape varietes. Fermentation employs prolonged skin contact and subsequent aging in NEW FRENCH OAK barrels. A very high quality wine of excellent aging potential is the result.Long maceration of the must by six months subtle oak ageing. Full bodied, with delicious sweet red and blackberry fruit character. Lifted by an intriguing spiciness and the added complexity of wood vanillins.
