From the vineyards in Barolo Boschetti, come many of the largest and most popular selections of Barolo. Rich wine with great structure, solid and robust. After manual harvest, fermentation is carried out under controlled temperature (30-31
C) in stainless steel vats, which lasts at least 10 days. The fermentation process is carried out by indigenous yeasts to enhance the flavor profile and link it inextricably to the land of origin. The aging takes place three years in casks of 3000 liters of oak from Allier, after which follows the bottling, then the Barolo stays in the cellar for a further six months. The color of wine is ruby red with garnet. The scent is sharp and intense, with hints of vanilla, spices, withered roses and underbrush. The taste is dry, but soft, full, velvety and harmonious, long-lasting.
